The seminar was co-hosted by the Croatian Ministry of Justice and the Faculty of Law of the University of Zagreb. Participants, together with OECD experts, explored a tools-based approach to the implementation of Conflict of Interest policies. In order to develop, test and adopt country-specific Conflict of Interest management strategies, participants are now considering further participation in the SPAI Good Governance project, together with staff from the OECD Governance Division during 2003.
