This initiative was inspired by the Declaration of Integrity in Business Conduct (“Declaration”)—in 1998, Sovereign Ventures, Inc. led a group of St. Petersburg businesses to create and sign the Declaration, under which companies pledge to refrain from bribery and implement corporate codes of ethics.
